Very disappointed with the way me and my friend were treated at the entrance by the door girl. She couldn’t locate my friends table. I asked to speak with a bottle service host and she refused. Finally after 10 minutes the door man said this particular gentleman coming up the stairs was a host and could help us. We mentioned our friends name and he said to let us down. Such silliness and waste of time. Was visiting to see and support a friend who is now working there and see a friend who had a table. None of the bottle service girls had a uniform and none of them looked happy to be there —especially during parades. Won’t be returning

I was a little confused at first with the ordering process. You order at the counter top and your receipt has a tip line. I assumed we didn't have waiters so I left a 12% tip for the counter people. Then a waiter popped up at the table. Great, I feel cheap now! I ended up tipping again which made my meal extra expensive. The food is tasty and my 3 year old LOVED the chalkboard wall at our booth. I think I would have enjoyed myself more if I wasn't so preoccupied with the whole tip situation. Our waiter was lovely!

I've gone here a couple of times. In the past it was free, but this time we had to pay, which was not explicitly listed on the event information. Otherwise, it was a fun time. There was great music. It kind of stunk though a first because there was no base in the music, but it was because there was another event going on upstairs. There is no ATM and when we had to pay we had no money to check our coats. However, the promoter was very kind and helped us get in so that we could party!

My friends and I tried to go on a Wednesday night. Originally my friend was told he could not get in because he had a backpack. My friend dropped off the backpack at his office across the street and we asked the bouncer if we could get in after this. We were still denied so we asked multiple times if we could speak with the manager. We were told we were not allowed to speak to anyone besides himself. A complete unprofessional and disappointing end to the night. Will never return due to the rudeness and unprofessional behavior. Please never go to Cure.
