Horrible and rude service. There was this tall white man that was literally stalking us and kept on practically bullying us. Kicked our seat as well. Please don't go to platinum and go anywhere else.

The workers are Karen’s and shouldn’t be working there we were all over the age of 18 and they wouldn’t let us watch black phone just cuz we didn’t have id but it was a girl with pink and blue hair and she was very disrespectful I would give the place -5 stars if I could

I just left the theater it was a horrible experience. Concession stand staff was very nice and polite but when I was in the movie just like the last four times I went there, I could not even hear the movie over the young kids talking. They were throwing food ,laughing on the phone and management did nothing. As I complained to security, the man said “that’s the nature of the beast”. I paid money to come see the movie and I didn’t get to see it but again that’s what happens at the Dinuba Theaters so I won’t be going there again. I’ve been there going for years and unfortunately due to the lack of management I can no longer enjoy it. These theaters used to be really good but they have gone down hill.

Loved the experience the workers treat you like family. The screens are huge and I believe from my point of view their is no bad seat in the theater. Great snacks cost is okay not cheap but not expensive. Totally recommend. Not all experiences are the best but that's because of the people making noise.
You can buy the ticket at any time. However if your like me you like to see the full movey so 10 to 15 minutes befor it starts so it gives you time to get your driks and popcorn
Large sodas are like 5.50 depending on the movie. Some prices could be like 8.00 more or less dollars. You'll see all the snacks prices when your there but little ones can be a lil pricey
I actually saw someone get turned away for not being the parent. He was an older brother. They were right in front of me in line.The movie was US. It might depend on the employee.
I never opened the theater in my life......! Im going to go out on limb here and say confidantly noonish in the pm !!!

Ok my brother is 17 year but he is turning 18 on Monday but he doenst have an I'D but I'm 21 and I have an I'D can I get him in to see a reader R movie
Dinuba's Platinum theatre is not expensive if you take into consideration that if you drive to Fresno or Visalia you will pay more for tickets and food and drink plus the fact you have to drive there and gas has gone sky high! Plus I pretty sure you will sit in a packed theatre. I've found that Dinuba has the same first run movies and every time I have gone I find the theatre has plenty of uncrowded seating, which could be harder to find if people find out how good they have it there! Personally I find if you consider Dinuba Platinum expensive then you haven't been to the theatres in Fresno lately! Give them a try and I think you will happy you stayed in Dinuba!
In my opinion, too expensive. I usually get the large drink with a large popcorn for $10 and pay the extra $1 for the drink refill. It's enough for my family of 4.
