Been on hold 2wice for 4 hours and when it gets to me it hangs up. They probably do this purposely! Super upset right now uugh.. Now I gotta go in and risk myself getting covid.

I waited 2 and a half hours on the phone and as soon as I was finally getting someone to speak to me, they hang up. I’m so angry I wasted so much of my time!! Never going here or seeking help here. They help nobody! Selfish people.
