Zero stars ! Been with County Waste going on nearly 10 years. Always received a phone call when bill is due. One week they just showed up and took garbage bins. I then received a collections letter saying I owe them. No problem, if county waste did not want my service any longer fine with me. My bill will be paid and have since switched to Twin Bridges and couldn’t be happier. Twin Bridges is way cheaper ( by almost $65 and has 1000 folds of better service than County waste will ever have. Good job County waste on swindling your reputation and erroneously screwed up and lost a reliable long term client. County waste don’t bother trying to make mends either. Your LOST, Twin Bridges GAIN!!!

If i could give a negative rating, I would. My wife contacted this company to rent a dumpster to clean out her very recently deceased parents house. she set up the drop off date, took the day off from work, went to her parents house and waited as they called to say they would drop it off between 6:00AM, and 3:00PM. But, no call, no show, and no dumpster. When she called them back and spoke with them, they said the best that they can do is next Tuesday, which would require us to take MORE time off from work, as we're on a fairly tight schedule with this. I then called them and spoke with David, who said that they never dropped it off, because she failed to give them a deposit, and said that they tried to contact her. Well, THAT'S A FLAT OUT LIE. they never tried. One woman in the company said that they tried to call her on Monday, but she never received any calls When i called a little while ago, David told me that he personally tried to call her on Tuesday. SO, which one was it? News flash. Her phone is near her, and on 24/7, and has been. I wouldn't recommend this company to do ANYTHING except be unprofessional, unreliable, and completely incompetent!!!!!! YOU GUYS FAILED. and I will blow you up on social media non stop. Do yourself a favor and call another company!!!!

The Children's Museum at Saratoga has been a customer of County Waste for almost three years. During that time we have had excellent service! Our account manager is responsive and a pleasure to work with. Our driver is charming and always has time to wave to the children when he visits the building. County Waste helped the Museum move out of our building by donating part of the service costs of a 30 yard dumpster.

I wish I could give them a zero star if I could. My experience for last couple months dealing with County Wast have been unbelievably terrible…. This company has caused so much frustration causing my blood pressure to spike up. I have high blood pressure issue that I’m on a medication. I wish I had never used them to began with…. I had used Count Wast service for about 20 years. Since I had canceled the service back in June, they have failed to pick up their containers. I have been wasting so much time calling them asking them to pick the containers. Each time I called, I was told their driver came by but the containers were not out in front which is lie. My neighbors can testify that containers have been out in front of my house for over 2 months, in the same spot, at the end of my steep driveway. They are trying to convince me that I have nothing else to do other then dragging 2 containers up and down my steep driveway to advoid having them pick up😖. Instead of making an effort to pick up the containers, they have been blaming me which is ridiculous thing I have ever dealt with. Then, they will tell me how they will send out driver again. I finally understood that this meant nothing. Do you want to hear more ridiculous thing? Now, they are avoiding to talk to me on the phone when I call. I will be on hold, not sure exactly for how long, when automated message says, “ you are the #1 caller”, after counting down however many callers were there before me, the machine says to leave a message. This has been happening since this Wednesday, Sept 1st. I am pretty sure I am not the only one who is going through this. County Waste have no good moral principle by keep lying to their customer who was loyal to them for about 20 years. Do not even think about using this company because this is the treatment you will get when you stay with them. I am looking for a lawyer to sue this company. Is there any lawyer who is willing to offer me a pro bono legal service to go after this company for causing poor MENTAL HEALTH? I guarantee, I am not the only one who is going through emotional stress because of County Waste. You won’t have a problem finding witnesses because all my neighbors will testify for me. Not to mention, our regular mailman who have been driving by the containers everyday to get to my mailbox will testify as well that containers have been in the front of the house. I have been blamed as if it was my fault for not having containers out to be picked up although they were out entire time. Also, I was told many lies how they will send out driver again just like this past Wednesday. I waited in the garage until 7 pm for the driver to show up, I was planning to ask some questions. Driver was supposed to come by 6 pm that day but did not happen. Looking at the containers at the end of my driveway causes my blood pressure to spike up which is causing headache practically everyday. === County Waste finally picked up the containers soon after I posted this review. However, I would like to state that County Waste ruined my summer causing emotional distress, affecting my mental health. Not only that, County Waste used my property for over 2 months to store their belongings. I believe I should be compensated for 2 months worth of mental suffering and use of my property…. I read so many County Waste reviews since I post this to figure something out. Just like I thought, this was not isolated case. Many people are having or had the same experiences. Do the research before using County Waste. I highly DO NOT recommend this company.
