Yesterday I got bunch of balloons from party city and then once I got out of the store big mermeid balloon flew away. How? How can you tie Ballon that is flew away after 1 min of purchase. Just waste of money. My daughter was so upset. Store wasn't busy on Tuesday but it took me 40 min to get 15 balloons. So slow costomer service

Absolutely great store. The employees are so helpful and patient. Today I had to get a last minute costume for my son and he changed his mind 3x which was so embarrassing as the eager and helpful employees searched for his perfect costume. Not once did they grimace or get upset. They searched through the back just to help him. The employees are why I'm giving them a 5. Great customer service.
