I use WM in Stow for collection. There service is consistent and good. When rarely there are issues they either correct or compensate. Moved from a competitor and very happy with their service.

The kid with the beard who works here is very nice. I was in a horrible mood but this kid absolutely turned my day around with his customer service. He actually had a conversation with me and wanted to know what was going on with my day that has me upset. I am beyond impressed with how this young man carries himself. Kudos to waste management for hiring this young man. Now if you guys would just work on lowering your prices.

Every time I go there these guys are right on top of everything. Some of you guys are spoiled; try the Framingham dump if you want to compare and see how well run Marlborough is; I lived there for for 22 years and glad I now have a place like Marlborough. Update July 2018: They're still going strong, a hidden gold mine for the residents of Marlboro, ma

Nothing but hassle trying to do the right thing using the transfer station. It's no wonder people dump their trash in vacant lots and remote areas of Marlboro. Someone needs to take a look at their policies. I used to be able to dump used waste oil without having a $50 sticker. That seems to no longed be the case. Today I was sent away by the dump dictator. I don't get it. Used waste oil is used in so many places for heating oil.

They do not offer stickers. You are looking into the wrong facility. Only the town or Marlboro offers stickers. This is ran by Waste Management.
You have to buy a yearly sticker for $50 in June and you can dump as many times throughout the year. They might let you dump as a courtesy, since it's so close to June.
Only on hazardous waste days in April & September. The oil is anytime, but oil based paints, anti freeze, chemicals etc are collected on those 2 days only.
Yes you can, there is a one tone minimum fee so you would pay $178 due to the one ton minimum. This facility is ran by Waste Management not the town of Marlboro
This facility is ran by Waste Management not the town of Marlboro. Go to the Town of Marlboro website for info.
