After a long day of visiting dealerships this dealership had a younger salesperson name Dylan. Dylan was very customer service oriented. We were tough customers and knew what we wanted to look at. Upon arriving we viewed 3 vehicles. We asked for an Out the Door price before we test drove because price point for each vehicle would help determine which one we wanted. Dylan accommodated and handled himself in a very honest manner. Unfortunately his sales manager was not as customer service oriented as Dylan was. He unfortunately exhibited many of the bad traits found in the car dealership industry. The F&I manager was also very good. To the owners you have an excellent staff with the exception of the sales manager but with some training and coaching he can avoid the habits that are counterproductive to the salesperson's phenomenal natural ability.

I live in Fort Myers and the Subaru dealership in my area was adding additional fees for what they call Advantage program that I as not interested in and they said I had to purchase it. So I found the SUV Forester on Sarasota Subaru. and contacted the dealership through email. The sales person Bradley responded quickly and professional explained Sarasota Subaru does not charge additional fees… We bought the car and recommend Sarasota Subaru.

We just bought a car are happy with the service with got. Dylan the sales guy helped us a lot to check the car out and tell us everything we need to know would highly recommend this dealership. They also gave me a full tank of gas upon request they are very professional and very recomendable.
