You can have a pet if it is a support animal. There are now dogs in all sections of the park.

I am from Philadelphia, I've lived in Tri-par since 2014. Everyone is friendly. There many activities. I love it here and I'm here all year.

what are monthly dues

Rentals are sometimes listed on bulletin at the office. Otherwise word of mouth.

Just call comcast/Xfinity and tell them you are in Tripar and your name/address. They will either ship hookup cable and box to you. Mallor offer to let you pick up equipment out at the Xfinity office at UTC mall

Yes, A gated secured area. Monthly fee.

Hi. I'm sure u can. Residents have golfcarts, scooters, mopeds, Harleys, bicycles and so on. We have a 20 mph speed limit thru out.

No, doublewide 55 plus community, no RVs permitted

Route 301 to Desoto, to Presidio. Park entrance is off Desoto Dr.

Some are rentals most are owned.

I Don't recall what I may have said about Tri-Par , but if your renting just beware I've stayed in many of the parks in the last 10 years and I'm done with them all.....Good luck !
