All I can say...is meh. My mother and I went here for lunch while in Lawrenceburg as we've always had good memories eating and looking at the lake. Today their service was very slow, food was sub par, and we did not feel safe covid wise. Our server was very nice so nothing against her, but it was 30+ minutes before we even got our appetizer. When the food did arrive, our fries were cold, wings were barely warm, and the terriyaki sauce on the wings was so thin it slid right off so I was basically eating plain wings. Even asking for an extra side of sauce did nothing as it slid right off again. We will not be returning.

Had an incredible dinner with 5-star service courtesy of our purple haired server, Ella. She was one of the best servers I’ve ever had and we will be back again specifically because of her service.

We had my grandmother's 80th birthday here today and the service from the waitress was not good at all. She never came to ask for refills on our drinks.. we had a party of 13 people...the food was not good at all I got the fish tacos..my fish was water logged and way over seasoned in old Bay seasoning. I have been to willies in the past plenty of times the food has gone down hill.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! We ordered bone-in and boneless chicken wings.. neither had the sauce on them how we ordered BUT we called and spoke to the hostess and the manager. Both were very polite & understanding. Everything was resolved. Not to mention the chicken wings were THE BEST we've had in this area! Cooked perfectly and not greasy!! Highly recommend!!
