Wonderful people, bought a toolbox there. Price was fair. I couldn't find it and asked workers for help (it was later in the night) turns out it was in storage on a pallet up high on a shelf, I said I could just order online to save them the trouble but they insisted that they would be happy to get it for me, went and got a lift and brought it over to me. Very nice helpful people who were ready to help with a smile on their face.

We have had an absolute horrible experience trying to deal with Lowe's in Lawrenceburg. We bought a lawn mower 4/24/21 and it has been a nightmare ever since. They put us on a promotional 6 months financing program that we specifically said we did not want to do. Our bill for the first couple months was around $80 and after a few months our bills jumped to like $170 bucks a month with an additional $450 charged to us without even informing us. Every time we tried to make a payment to the Lowe's synchrony advantage online it would say payment accepted and then a few weeks later it randomly declines the payment. Now we have to call every time to make a payment over the phone. Then we can't even get online to pay our bill. We have called multiple times to try to get our payments taken care of and get us off the promotional financing that we DID not want in the first place and it is like a merry go round. No one seems to be able to help us. We now owe MORE than what we even bought the mower for to begin with. This has been the worst experience ever. We have called the store multiple times to get help and we've been hung up on. We went down there to speak with them in person and was told by Donnie that we would hear something. It has gotten to the point that we just want the lawn mower gone so we do not have to worry about it. This has been the most piss poor customer service experience we have had on both ends between the store where we bought it and their credit card company. We need someone that is going to actually take ownership and find a way to help us rectify this situation.
