I've bought vapes in there 3x...2 out of the 3 my vape stops working after 2nd day they are the Daymax 2500 and no way should be out by 2nd day...they were rude refused to do anything to do anything to make it right..I will not be going back and my friends know how I was treated word of mouth travels fast

3 days later my vape doesnt work and can find the same item online for about one third of the price.

Their selection is getting bigger..Yay! Their rewards program is the best! As far as Vape shops go! I have never had bad service! That's the biggest plus there is! I have been to other shops where they act like its a burden to ask questions!

This place is a bit of a mixed bag. Most of the employees are cool, but a few are downright rude (the latter is mostly younger employees, so hopefully they'll grow a bit in the coming years.) The prices, as was explained by another guide, were a little steep, but they're making efforts to make things more affordable. The knowledge base there is solid, though, so if you're new to vaping, they're a great information resource. If you're a local, you could definitely do worse; just be ready to take some of the staff with a grain of salt.
