Very well maintained and the greens in great shape. We played in exactly 4 hours with groups in front. The staff is very helpful and the cart person comes by often. We enjoyed the course. It is not long but definitely has its challenges off the tee. Will be back and recommend. I

This was my first experience at this course and it was a stellar one. The chip and putt practice area was one of the best I've been at. While this course doesnt jave a driving range to practice some big cuts before the tee time, they did have some hitting nets where you can load up an rip off a few dingers. I actually liked not having the range available because it forced me to take few attempts prior to starting and I felt more confident in my game not having taken a few dozen swings. The hazards on the course are well placed for a novice golfer and forces you to think about your next shots rsther than just try to swing big everytime; it really slowed down my game and I think might have improved it.

Great course. I play this course a couple of times each week and it is very reliable for great service and reasonable rates. The manager and staff are very professional. The grille is very good with always friendly service. The greens keepers are excellent and they keep the course in great shape all the time. There is a putting green adjacent to the 1st tee which is always in great shape. There is also a good short game practice area that includes bunkers. If you rent a cart, the course is very picturesque and a fun ride. If you walk it’s nice too except for walking up a somewhat steep hill between 7 and 8. That is really the only complaint. Highly recommend the Overlook!

Well kept greens. Challenging but not overwhelming.The bunkers are awful! Felt like concrete. I think the Nashua River runs along some of the holes.The 18th hole?😭😭
