My worker as well as reception were expedient knowledgeable and efficient. The in person experience is awesome the local phone system/phone tree is a NIGHTMARE A WASTE OF GOOD TIME WITH ZERO ACCOMPLISHED. SADLY!! Then my over phone appointment that was set up... Went very well. Got everything taken care and was relieved

Attempting to contact Fathers Caseworker regarding an Emergency order override for urgently needed medical care. Receptionist unable to assist, transfers to voicemail- Box Full! Call back, receptionists clueless what to do says make an appointment with caseworker- The one not answering and full voicemail box...OK, I'll get right on that after he dies she'll answer..TBC!

If emergency go to the ER and let them know that you need to apply for ohp pump release they should be able to set you up. Or depending on where your located contact advantage dental or Willamette dental on regards to dental insurance they should be able to point you in the right direction :-)
