Friendly service! Outdoor garden seating was very relaxing on a perfect weather day. Some maintenance and cleaning on the inside is needed. Meals were in need of some attention to details, like flavor and knowledge of food prep. Not sure if it's return trip worthy.

If you happen to be in Hollis looking for breakfast, look no further. An absolute standout, amazing pancakes, omelettes, coffee, service. Of all the restaurants I’ve been to around the world , this is on my top 5 list for breakfast.

The food was excellent, outdoor seating was very enjoyable with visible results on the gardening. Staffing challenges resulted in slightly longer waits, plan accordingly or call ahead if pressed for time. Overall this is a real gem of Hollis, it needs continued polishing of community support to really shine but we will be going again for sure.

Great breakfast! Went back again 6/24 and were pleasantly surprised with the new look (we still need see a rooster in the decor). Loved the high top tables. I ordered steak tips and eggs and requested rare and that is exactly how they were cooked! Very flavorful, too. Hubby always gets a corned beef hash omelet because the hash is homemade. Thought about venturing out to Parker's, but this place is half the distance and just as good.
