I have used this dry cleaner for years and have had many problems over the years. Most recently they ruined a very expensive pullover and refused to do anything. The pullover came back to me with bleach stains all over it and they said it was due to something I may have done even though they had cleaned it before with no issue and it was not dropped off like that. This place is not good and their customer service with Sam is horrible.
