No, they do not.

i have a beautiful sweater from ireland and my local cleaners never really get it cleaned. it's dingey and even dirty around the cuffs. is this something you could take care of?

depends on what is brought into dry clean starting at about $5 what I like is that they are the only cleaners in town that do their own cleaning so emergency cleaning is possible. I once ripped my suit and went down and got back the suit I had left in the cleaners the day before.
