Overall experience 2/5 due to living conditions. The apartment area is nice little neighborhood. But the inside needs major updates. 1. The water is awful. VERY hard. And when you take a shower the hot water lasts a good 10min. And then you’re out of luck for the others that need to shower for the day. I’ve called maintenance about it multiple times. They come to “fix” it but nothing changes. They need to get new water heaters or systems all together. It’s making living here unbearable. Showering is a necessity. I shouldn’t have to worry about running out of hot water EVERY DAY!! 2. The heating system is outdated. It’s the type of system where the heaters are on the floor along the wall through out the apartment and you control by turning the dial “min” or “max” It’s 2022, why can’t we get an actual thermostat. The heaters are a safety and fire hazard. I have a 2yr old and she accidentally bumped one of the heaters earlier today actually. I was drawn to this apartment complex because they’re apart of the BRG community; I’ve been in the community for 8 years now. I love the layout for the one bedroom apartment, it’s different. The monthly rent price was nice too. This apartment complex includes a garage, that was a big plus for me. But that’s really the only star qualities. The bad outweighs the good for sure.

I’ve been a resident at Wyndemere for 18 months and I’m happy and impressed with everything. It is clean, friendly and safe with an excellent management and maintenance team.

Love it. I am so impressed with how clean the rental was. Great for 1st time leaving mom and dad. (love my boy).

Use to be a very nice place. I was up there last week and I saw rats in garbage. The garbage cans were placed so the truck could not get to them because people were parked right in fron of garbage containers. Garbage was all over. VERY disappointing. Come on people...keep your places clean. I'm sure my friend does not want your rats
