Don’t waste your time, money or put your life or health in jeopardy….that’s all I’m going to say….I’d honestly rate 0 stars if I could. In my personal oppinion I feel this place needs to be/ should be condemned. :( such a shame it has so much potential. If only the people would actually put a little bit of “work” into the units making them more habitable. If you do decide to rent here be cautious and weary who you trust and don’t leave any valuables in your car and make sure it’s locked. Also I would recommend not letting your cat outside if you have one there’s like 50 feral cats the old lady next to the office feeds and half of them look diseased and really sickly, the trash gets dragged out and spread all over because of them too it’s gross. :( also I would highly suggest doing a walk through before signing the lease the pictures they show online are not at all the units they give you. :/ very sad and disappointed we were promised an open kitchen concept and we got a very tiny walk in space that’s more the size of a large pantry. Also if you do decide to rent here video record and take pictures of every nook and cranny before you move in.

This place is very unsafe for residents and visitors wouldn't recommend moving here unless you wanna live with broken and messed up things and black mold . Doesn't listen to residents when they repeatedly complain about things around the building. All together for this being my first apartment they were very unprofessional and lazy. Not to mention they change office lady's once every 2 months. I've tried telling plenty of office lady's that have worked here about problems with them saying they'll be fixed and never are. Currently being evicted over a mistake the lady at the office made but somehow comes back on the person who lives there and not the people running the place. Also when they did repair something I asked for a new fridge cause the one here went out and they bring me one out of another unit which was nasty I had to clean it and I've still never received a new fridge or stove like requested and my stove is a fire hazard. All this is a big deal and if I could go back in time I would of read some reviews and avoided these apartment. Now I know for future choices and I hope new people looking to rent something cheap don't make the same mistake as I did. You really get what you pay for

I have lived here since mid September and I personally think that the company has done a great job here. I am only 20 years old and this has been my first apartment and I have nothing bad to say at all. My neighbors are quiet and respectful. Hannah in the office is always so quick to help if I need anything. Even minor bumps when I first moved in were quickly fixed within the same day. It has definitely been a great experience here for someone new to renting a place for their first time.

Scheduled an appt. which was forgotten. No apologies were given. Stated it was their policy to keep a copy of your drivers license just to see the apartment. No written policy available. A box in the room showed copies of checks, etc. left for anyone to view. The front door had cob webs. Very unorganized. First impressions mean everything. The apartment should have been condemned. Not only was the person rude but didn't seem to care at all.
