Dealing w/an ongoing recall issue, had horrible service by the 'Service Manager' and in dealing with the General Manager, was told to go to another dealership! They even cancelled my upcoming appointment, via email, because I said I did not want to deal w/the SM again...NICE!!! Way to treat a longtime client who has purchased 6 NEW vehicles w/you since 2009. Good luck to anyone that buys from them and tries to simply get your vehicle fixed. The most unprofessional group I have ever dealt with! Ed Bressler doesn't know how to treat the client right, no wonder his SM, Melissa Fletcher doesn't either. I have an open case with Chrysler on this recall and the case manager saw first hand what I have been dealing with. Chrysler should be ashamed to have this group sell their brand!
