I called Evans and spoke to the body department to ask about collision service w/my insurance claim. The guy had no type of customer experience experience! He asked what kind of insurance I have? I told him “Allstate” and he said very rudely “Oh Know, we don’t work with that insurance”. He didn’t even ask about my car or offer any other option. This is the second time the body department as rudely done this over the phone. The 1st time I called about service, the guy was so rude I hung up on him! I took my car to another certified shop and paid cash! My car will be paid off next year and I was go purchase another car. But the customer service is so horrible, I’m good! I definitely will take my business some where else and will NOT refer this dealership to no one! The Body Department Is No Help At All!!!!!!!!

Me and My Boyfriend purchased our 1st suv as a couple. I don't remember who sold it to us at the time but he was PHENOMENAL AS WELL AS CREW THERE. We purchased our dodge Durango back in 2016 and paid it off in 4 years had a warranty on it until all the up til our last payment on the the truck. We still have the truck and it made it to our hometown of Louisiana and back to Ohio with no issue nor it wasn't serviced before we got on the highway. We absolutely love love our truck We have 6 grandsons and the 3 big ones love to sit on the 3rd row all the time. We're looking for another vehicle and Evans is the only place we are going for with our business.

Charged to much for the vehicle that I purchased . Customer service was good. Outside sales people should know not to tell the customers that there is a referral when they're are not

Whatever their rating, they have always taken good care of me, and that is why I have bought a new car every 2 years from Evans Arena since my first Jeep in 2017.
I did not have service done...I went there to pick up a vehicle......
Warranty repairs are the only time I set foot on that property...And even then have had the worst experience.
Mon thru Friday 7:30 am to 6 pm Saturday 7:00 am to 2 pm
I personally put 1500 but they are flexible because I put 400 on a 2011 Malibu a couple of years ago in 2013 so they definitely will work with you
