Speaking in regards to a New car buying process: I had a real excellent experience with Andrew G. and their financing person, Ryan Y. I had been searching for a subcompact - small SUV and the salespeople that I encountered were very gloom and doom or just flat out uninterested in my business due to the high demand/ lack of inventory. It was especially discouraging in how so many dealerships were charging over MSRP. Please bear in mind, I do believe this dealership does charge if there are additional accessories on the car. But Andrew really simplified my car buying experience and made it such a breeze. When I initially contacted him I was expecting more of the same from what I had gotten from other salespeople, but he truly is a pleasant person to speak with, not pushy at all, and I feel he gave me as straight of an experience as he could in his profession. :) Ryan, the financing person was even more of a surprise. He was not pushy with warranties or insurance, was patient as we went through the documents together, and broke down the numbers in the most concise manner. I was able to drive off the dealership with my car, at a price that I believe was fair to both me and the dealership. I would consider this my best car buying experience, and I am very grateful to Andrew and Ryan for making it as smooth as possible.

Financing was approved. All we needed was proof of income and insurance. Greg promised to hold car 3 days. We came back with everything we needed in 4 hours. Was told car had been sold. Do not do business with liars.

We are closely motoring and following the ever changing CDC guidelines and the recommendations of the State and local governments. We are taking all necessary steps to help prevent the spread of the virus. We will continue to remain open and provide our full services to all our loyal customers. We have increased our cleaning services at all of our dealerships and collision repair centers. We have added hand sanitizer stations in all of customer and employee areas. Sanitizing supplies are made available to all of our employees for their work stations and they are encouraged to use them frequently throughout the day. Rubber gloves have been made available to all of our employees and customers. We have designated employees to clean all areas of the dealership several times a day. This includes customer facing areas and items that are used on a regular basis.
