Came in Thursday evening to test drive a 2019 GMC Acadia. We worked with Jonathan. Loved the car, ran credit, trade and talked about a few options with Jonathan and Seneca from the Finance Dept. We decided to take the night to think about it and they did not try to force or push us into the car at all. We called back the next morning and met Holly in financing who helped us worked through a few options. The process was smooth and they made it very easy to take the car. We came in Friday evening and Jonathan had the car washed, detailed and full of gas. Holly has us in and out quickly. The next day I called parts because we wanted to get the black emblems for the Car. I spoke with Tony who was absolutely amazing. He had the part there with in a few hours. Overall a great experience!

From the first phone call with Dan Heckendorn to purchasing the new vehicle; my entire experience was outstanding! Dan took the time to take pictures and videos and sent them to me to see before I got there. He help set up the GMC services and explained the new features.
