No option for 0/5. Against my better judgment I decided to try this location out again because it's convenient to my home. Big mistake! Cold food, missing items, and customer service is completely a foreign concept. I have never once gotten a correct order from this location. The person who takes your order in the drive-thru is always rude. With rising prices I can drive across town and pay the same prices at Chick-Fil-A for 100% accurate orders and above and beyond customer service. Ray Kroc is rolling over in his grave SINGULARLY because of this location.

For only having three people working, the food was hot and fresh and the wait time was average. I was impressed with this visit since most times here it takes about 15 mins to get through the drive thru.

Their fries are consistent garbage. They clearly fry them multiple times. They’re stale, taste like cardboard, and most of the time don’t even have salt. Aside from that the other food is also garbage. The chicken is so hard, drinks out of syrup. My bigger complaint is the service. The person taking your order is rude every single time. There’s zero eye contact or even a have a good day. It’s just a silent awkward hand off. It sucks because it’s the closest one to us. I’ll be driving to the one in Vandalia by Miller from now on.

IF I could give this location a -5 that still would not be enough for this location. I ordered through Grubhub. I ordered a double bacon quarter pounder meal with a vanilla shake. Doesn't seem to be a hard order right? I received my food. It was not what I ordered. And I didn't get the vanilla shake I ordered for the beverage. This location has always had issues with getting orders right. They should have never rebuilt this location and left it as an empty lot! The management team and the franchise owner need to terminate everyone at this location and start with new staff..I will submit all my future orders to the Smithville location. This location is a joke!

Clientele include a lot of dependant people not excusing the behavior, some people just get burned out the more difficult the neighborhood the faster it happens some are just not suited for customer service. I got burned out I got out.
They have gotten my order wrong plenty of times.And with the long wait for my original order, it's pointless to wait another 20 minutes for a replacement or for them to fix their mistakes.
Lol, they were probably very busy or not paying attention.
