Terrible. Ordered Sausage McGrilddle w/o egg. No sausage on it! I ordered Breakfast Burrito & they were stale! To go order & didn't go back.

Waited a long time for my food...then the fries were undercooked and the buns were soggy. There were only 3 people working while really busy, so I don't blame the employees...they need more help.

Other than the fries... the whole experience was near perfect (and after years of managing McDonald's, that's rare for me to say). [The fries were all about a half inch long, having clearly been dropped prior to cooking...]

This McDonald's has always been above expectations for a McDonald's. Until this time. I hope it was just an off day, but wasn't a good experience. The fish sandwich was lukewarm and the meat was so tiny it didn't cover the bun! And the bun seemed stale. $3.99??? For what? The cheeseburger was exactly the same condition. Peeled off the edges of bun because no meat or anything, just cold stale bun. The wrapping papers of the sandwiches were still chilly when we opened them. The fry box was warm, but sadly, full of those small, almost flat pieces of hard grease soaked things. Don't keep fries under a heat lamp, make them fresh! Ur McDonald's!!

Lol, its kind of hit and miss here. They have some pretty decent people working here usually but, you know... Believe me its not the worst mcds, that one is in Englewood but, they just hire from the hood, Trotwood, West Dayton
The one in dayton on smithville has done it twice to me
It has been real meat. The difference now is that the beef on quarter pounders hasn't been frozen. The rest of the burgers still use frozen beef, (strange move) but it is real.
Dining room is closed all employees are wearing a mask and they have plexiglass at the Drive thru
It depends on whether the date is "sell by," "use by," "best by," or something else. "Use by" is generally the estimated expiration date, while the others are for other purposes. Might have been a bad supply week. If it didn't smell bad, it would have been completely fine to drink. Expiration dates are usually estimates, and therefore don't necessarily dictate whether the product is actually expired.
