We do accept Caresource. They cover 15 visits of Spinal Manipulations (not extremity) per year. They require an examination which they don't pay for, however, they will pay for spinal x-rays if needed. You can give us a call at 937-833-4200 and we can answer any further questions that you have.
You'll need to call their office. I'm unsure if they take Medicare/Medicade. However self pay isn't that expensive after the first visit.
