I have had an issue with water standing on my property. Damon the manager told me a month ago he would take care of it. Ok. Then he told me it was raining too much. He never returned our calls after that. Not a very professional or good …Thank you for the feedback and sorry for the frustration! Damon is aware of the problem and working on it. Please be patient as we are subject to weather and other conditions. We are aware of the issue and it is something we are dealing with.

I have never seen such a fly by night operation in my life. The phone numbers are false. The property manager does not answer his phone. There is no where to leave a message. When you try to look up anything on mont co. Tax records the …John. Please review your message for accuracy. The phone number published is a working line as well is the property manager's number. Your messages have always been received and responded to. Not every call is answered immediately, but there is always a response, we request your patience. We certainly deal with park maintenance issues in a timely manner and you must have noticed all the park improvements in recent weeks. We continue to work to make BLE even better and better! Lot fees are paid through a secure third party, Zego. Instructions have been posted and given to all tenants who manage to pay with the system. The property is absolutely registered with Montgomery County and any discrepancy in tax records is on your end.
