Saw 42nd street here tonight. Phenomenal show! First time to this theatre and loved it! Easy to park and theater is very accessible if you are handicapped. Bought season tickets. Can't wait to return!

My husband and I were looking forward to a nice production of Broadway singers up from NYC to Schenectady. A table was set up in front of the main door to sell tickets. People were attempting to enter the venue to buy tickets but couldn't because of the other people trying to enter the theater. Also people who bought tickets on-line had to exchange the printout for tickets, but no announcement was made to that effect, so people were very confused. On top of this confusion, performers were constantly entering and exiting from the main door which was blocked by people waiting in line due to a 40 minute late start. Everyone around us was very annoyed at the delay and unnecessary confusion. Some people asked for their money back and left. Once we were seated, the performances were well-done, but the MC tended to be condescending to the audience, which we really didn't appreciate. We left at the intermission because we just didn't want to listen to the MC anymore.
