Movie theater upon arrival, was met with a friendly staff who got our tickets done up quickly. Got into the theater and plenty of seats, comfortable and well spaced out. Only complaint is how filthy under the seats it really was in theater 2. One of our little ones dropped something on the floor that rolled under the seat. So we had to wait for the end of the movie when the lights came up to search. What we found was really disgusting. I should note we were also at an 11:55am showing, so one of the first showings of the day. Under the seats we discovered when finally looking around, piles of old stale popcorn, food, food wrappers, empty cups and so much more. From what we could see this spanned from about 4 rows up the stairs where we sat, to 1 or 2 rows up behind us and 2 rows down heading towards the exit. With the much old food just sitting and rotting on the ground, brings much concern to the air quality and cleaning performance on the theaters.

Both seats and the concession stand were well priced. The seats and bathrooms were clean. The sound and video was great.

For this theater living in such a dying mall, it's incredible how well maintained their location is. Their bathrooms are clean, the service is nice, and (best of all) they have motorized reclining chairs that are very comfortable! Overall a good experience and I would watch here again.

The concession stand people were very very very nice, the main entrance was pretty clean and as expected for a movie theater. When we arrived we were told there was an issue for the d-box movie theater (what we had originally gotten tickets for), we were the first ones there for that showing, so the concession guy called his manager immediately to prepare for other people coming for that showing (which I thought was very professional!) They offered a refund or tickets to the normal theater. They were very nice about it, we opted for normal tickets since we drove 30 minutes and... Prior to coming to this theater I was under the impression per other reviews that we'd have the big reclining chairs (we live 30 minutes from the theater so this is why I picked this theater), unbeknownst to us, not each theater had reclining chairs. The chairs in the ones that do not have them are pretty uncomfortable, especially for taller people or more curvy human beings.. The one we were in also smelled VERY badly of sewage / rotten eggs which was really... disappointing. I think it should definitely be on the website exactly which moviea will have the reclining seats and which do not. Hopefully they're on way to maybe making most of them reclining chairs or updated seating? Besides that, it wasn't bad. The mall it is in seems pretty abandoned and has a (random?) Aquarium in it, which different. Not too much else though.
