Absolutely atrocious customer service. They have been getting worse year over year! The worst part, every time there is a holiday the garbage day is delayed by one day. Normally not a problem right? However, you put the garbage out and they don't come, no reason why, no ability to get in touch with leadership to explain the issues. This is not a one time event, but rather reoccurring. After I write this review I will be calling competitors to price out options. Save your time, save your money, and your frustration...look for another garbage removal.

If you have a pick up truck it is cheaper then a trailer
Closed major holidays and yes they take furniture.
