DO NOT TRUST PPL MOTOR HOMES! I put my Toy Hauler om consignment with them. They told me 10% commission, they lie they are not transparent. They told me the floor was bad and deducted 4600.00 from my proceeds without any prior authorization. They do not return phone calls. They do not communicate. Oh and they haven't given me the proceeds! I will be filing a law Suite against them. I have never felt so ripped off.

Excellent service!! Over 100 miles into our trip the brakes on our driver side was clunking. Our extended service contract sent us to RV Swapshop. Service advisor Joel and Kristin had us in a bay within 20 minutes of arriving and kept us informed on the status until we left. The mechanic identified the issue right off and ordered parts locally. We were very happy with the work and just overall friendliness from the staff.

WON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK! RV Swap Shop replaced our heavy-duty 5th-wheel brakes with standard-duty brakes, charged us $1500, then refused to take care of a failed brake backing plate/magnet 45 days later. No response to a written complaint, and we were told via phone "to keep costs down, only a 30-day warranty is given". Too bad they didn't tell us that beforehand, or we would have gone elsewhere. Buyer beware.
