2/24/2021 This was our "HAPPY DAY"... We had paid for our new NO BO 19.5, including the upgraded Solar Charging system, Lithium (LFP) battery bank, and 2KW inverter/charger. We worked with Nathan at Forest Rived to ensure the RV build included what we needed for self-sufficiency off grid. We had a good quote from an Ohio dealer, but Nathan convinced us to move to TravelCamp Ocala (TCO), closer to our home in Pompano Beach. Nathan was good for us except for that dealer choice. That "Happy Day" came after fighting with TCO service department to complete hit list items from an early Jan. 2021 inspection visit. We spent 5 days in local hotels waiting for service to complete their work. We left with a shorter hitlist and the famous "We'll call you when the parts com in FIB". Our trip to Camelot RV Park in Palm Bay was an easy first tow. I recommend the park. Our Telluride AWD SUV handled trailer towing like a champ, even using advanced cruise control in Orlando traffic. I spent most of our 2 days at Camelot correcting installation errors in the Solar/LFP charging System. The inv/cgr was displaying a fatal error code from some installation error, replaced by the vendor, but cost me another $600 to remove/install. Easy trip back to Pompano and into covered storage. Part 1 ... More to follow July 3, 2022 Im BAACK... Mid March 2021, Went back to Camelot RV Park in Palm Bay, FL to enjoy our RV and the Space Coast. Woke up in the middle of the night in a thunderstorm swimming on our new 12" Bed-in-box wonderful mattress. Rain was pouring in around the big front window. It turns out that TCO had repaired the leak with massive amounts of silicone that does not adhere to glass well and with temperature changes, leaks again. The next morning, we opened the front window shade to assess the leaks, and found a crack from the upper left corner of the large safety glass window wandering toward the center. Future forensic evaluation indicates the massive blob of silicone along the top of the window and the thermal changes in the Florida sun caused the crack. Back to TCO with long warranty hitlist including cracked window. Daily... weekly... monthly calls... "We're still waiting for... (pick an excuse.. parts, approval, tech, vacation, hell to have snow)". We needed to visit my ill brother, so we "borrowed" our RV for 2 weeks in August 2021. Repaired the park cable and Wingard antenna system TCO installation errors. Added additional hitlist. Back to TCO. Calls... See calls above... Oh... Happy 2022... Late March 2022, Call from new service writer. It IS ready, yes really, I checked it my self. And so we made an appointment to pick it up and go through check list. No, we will sign off on the repairs after inspection... As we made our way forward in the coach we found a few items that were fixed and others... The "NEW" front shade was still water stained, and when raised revealed a longer crack, now past the center. TWO Very Furious Customers stomped back in to TCO corner office to talk to the GM aka smooth talker. Promised to pull window from another unit. Fact.. New window in stock from FR. Back to HI for another night. Tech trouble shooter from TC Jax corporate did some fixes and installed the window. After repairs, hitlist not completed and Items we paid for not completed, we decided to hook up, during a FL squall, and try to enjoy our unused year old coach. Promised $300 for 2 nights HI. We had lowball offers from 2 other No Bo dealers, so we decided to try again to sell it back to TCO... GM had finally returned from his long lunch? and he offered us 20% less than the others. $400 would not compensate us for taking it to the other dealer so we gave it to TCO. The check for $19600.00 was printed 6/1/22 and sent by overnight mail, arriving 6/16/22... do the math! Refund on $2600 extended warranty authorized 6/3/22, TCO check 6/21/22. Check for HI expense... did it go to you??? Definition of Oxymoron .. "HAPPY TRAVEL-CAMPER" UNLESS YOU ENJOY DECIDING WHICH LIE WAS BIGGER.

Servicing of an RV is every bit as important as the purchase of one. VINNIE the Service Manager in Ocala proved that point recently. As well as being professional and knowledgeable; he explained my many questions with genuine friendliness and patience. Thank you TravelCamp for your team associates

It's nice to know that there are people you can count on at a dealership, and at Travelcamp of Ocala it's Calvin Washington. We purchased a new Class C last year and Calvin walked us through the process - never in a hurry and always with answers to our questions. Fast forward to just this week. We needed copies of some of the documents from the sale and we needed them quickly. We were not in the area and my fear was that they would be busy and wouldn't get them to me in a timely manner. Calvin took the time and I got the docs the same day. Thanks Calvin! I would like to mention that Patrick White has also stepped up on more than one occasion for us. It means something in today's hectic world to have people there when you need them.

I would think it best to actually call them for that question. I was there yesterday but only looked for Wolfpup and Retro trailers. Hope you find what you need.

Hello! So we do not perform any type of hitch work at any of our dealerships. We also do not carry any used parts. We always refer our customers to Hitching Post in Ocala for their hitch work. You can buy and install there. Let us know if there is anything else we can help with!
