Terrible management at Newman Marcus at Millenia Mall, no wonder why the store is empty every time I go. Fully agree with the bad reviews posted here. I had same kind of experiences. Avoid this Newman Marcus location. They should change the GM, does not know what is doing and people working on the floor seems confused.

Megan at the Neiman Marcus in the Millenia Mall is wonderful! Anytime I’ve had an in store purchase or online order she always goes above and beyond to make my buying experience outstanding! She’s prompt in her responsiveness and very attentive while I’m in the store. For this particular visit I returned and repurchased perfume. If you’re shopping in Neiman Marcus, ask for Megan’s assistance with anything you may need in the entire store or online.

So I went in with a friend. Experience was okay in the beginning due to Tatianna who did not provide the same quality of service as Kevin. Running into Kevin was like running into an angel because he was the only one willing to go the extra mile to find us shoes near the area and have them shipped to our house. What upsets me the most is that after he did all of that, Tatianna was not happy with Kevin for helping us, when we were the ones that initially approached Kevin. Had she provided the same level of experience as Kevin, she wouldn’t of been upset with a coworker outside of her department doing her job better. Thank you Kevin.

Ridiculously expensive everything of course. The store looks like your local JC Penny or Sears, doesn't fit with the designer items it has but that's what I like about it. You will get to look at designers items without feeling judged for being poor. I love its casual vibes. The store is very big so that the employee can't judgely look at you.
