Absolutely the worst company that I have done business with. At first the my initial interaction was decent but after that it went all down hill. I communicated specifically what I was looking to purchase in great detail. Once I paid for my order which I did promptly, the communication with "Mike" was terrible. Mike told me he would send me a video of my bale being made with the products so that we can confirm that I was happy before they were shipped out. He never sent the video and it was over a week and a half before I recieved a tracking number. On every occasion I had to contact them to see what was going on with my shipment. Once I finally recieved my product, I was extremely disappointed. After going through and looking at each item that was sent it was clear that they did not value me as a customer. The bale I recieved was as if they just grab whatever to fill the order. After calling and explaining my frustrations Mike proceeded to talk over me multiple times, blame his coworkers, and continue to make excuses for his business. When I asked for a refund he kept saying there is no refund and refuses to issue one. After offering to make a second bale I declined the offer and he said that he would call me Monday, which he never did. After talking to him again he told me to that I should get a lawyer and hung up on me. I can guarantee you that this business will rip you off and that these five star reviews are fake. - You are not the best vintage wholesaler in the world. Your business has an F rating from the BBB and their have already been 3 formal complaints to investigate your business. On top of that your business isnt even accredited. You just said in that you would refund me in your reply to my review. You company policy is no where to be found on your site and there are more reviews on the terrible experiences that customers have had.

It is great to see all the nice and not so nice comments here. Despite the reviews, I contacted AWC as I am interested in diversifying my portfolio. I have made numerous attempts to speak with a member of their representative to discuss my options before deciding if they are the right fit for me. I work a busy Mon-Friday shift and clearly made this known to the representative that has been chatting with me through their WhatsApp handle and text message. On 09/17/18, the handler requested that I complete an order form before they can consider speaking with me, which I did. On 09/18/18 I received a text message from someone who claimed to be the CEO (which I think is nice if he truly is). It is now 09/22/18 and I am yet to hear back from them despite calling (mind you, I run a busy schedule myself), text message, and sending whatsapp messages. Two thing that came to my mind with this experience are: they either aren’t what they claim they are (which now makes me worried about my personal details that I submitted to them); or they are prejudiced against certain set of people. We have a great deal of respect and good things to say about them because we deal here directly and have nothing but a great experience and great quality after all the fake companies and bad experiences that happened in MIami, New York, i am happy i found the company that really cares about their customers. In this industry this is very important now i hear some other stories but i will tell you the Truth they are Honest and the best in the World. Just visit them and you will see you they treat you. You will be very Proud that you choose this company and you will understand just like i did how they are experts in what they day.
