An excellent place to have a seasonal home. The neighborhood is gauged toward senior citizens. Golf course next to the community. Indoor swimming pool, outdoor large area for activities and gathering with friends and neighbors.

There should be. I know there are a few for sale and they are short money. I got one at 25k and its beautiful. You can always sell when u leave. They usually sell fast causeits a nice place with low lot rents.

Well yes it is 55+ but im sure you know there is florida state underwriting that says all parks have to have a % of people under 55, now that being said i own in there and im not quite of age but im not sureif they have reached their % limit. If your daughter is a really young child i would doubt they would accept u but you can always try the worst they can say is no
