You'd be better off buying. There's multiple properties for sale in Oakland Hills, and that would get your payments low. There is no lot rent since the acreage is owned by the homeowner. Look into getting a home owners loan at Chase or Bank of America, and go to Zillow and look at the properties for sale. Just search Oakland Hills.
