Those Crazy Everharts
They really know there stuff and are so helpful. My Fluval FX4 needs new o-rings and they are out of stock but Mark told me what to do tell they come in give me a box so my filter will not leak all over my hardwood floors worse until I'm able to fix it properly. Just really great customer service they go above and beyond and beyond wonderful people and great animals too, they love and handle them

I love this place. The employees are friendly and helpful, the sheer variety of fish offered is nearly overwhelming, the animals are healthy and well cared-for. If you want to know if they have something specific in-stock before you make the drive, you can call them and they will quickly tell you if they have it currently available. It's kind of like an aquarium where you can buy the fish, honestly.

Great store for aquarium lovers. Very nice selection of freshwater and saltwater animals(live coral too) + plants. Pricing is written on tanks. They also have set up needs like tanks, substrate, rocks, etc. And other animals: lizards, tarantulas, rabbits. You could even pop in just to look at some of the permanent residents (some large fish). Compared to other locations, their selection is wider and their prices more competitive (lower!) Pictured: The tiny aquarium I started using their plants and substrate (snails from ebay).

Bought this one twig of Bolbitus and they had it marked “rare”. $20 for one twig and I got three nice plants on eBay for the sake $20. Not rare at all and super overpriced. Also spent $150 on shrimp that have already died. Shame on you House of Tropicals.

As of 2 weeks they did not... Stock changes w/time, so worth a phone call for sure to save you time if your just looking for that...
Actually they do. There is a tank with them as soon as you walk in the door and turn right, the tank is on the right. This was true as of a couple of weeks ago.
Yes to all three. I wouldn't go bringing fish to the store without first calling, as depending on what you have, they may not have space at the time.
We were there we saw shrimp call the store for pricing
I doubt it but I didn't ask so I'm not 100% sure.
You may also want to try Valley View Farms.
No and like what
No, and not sure.
They have metal stands there.
I was there last week and saw a tank labeled for axolotls in the reptile/amphibian department. I didn't see any in the tank at that time, though, so you may want to call ahead
You must wear a mask. The Isle of so tight there's no way to socially distance.
Yes they sell everything
I havent seen any fry there. But check with Sand City Cichlids on Facebook. They are a also a very reputable company. I order fish from there as well and never ever a disappointment
They do! I believe about 40 dollars, they are very small right now, probably hatchlings
They sometimes take animals for store credit, it fully depends if they have space for them and if it's a desirable species. I would call and ask them.
Depending on the people in front of you. Some people go in and out others take hours
Most of the time they have them, but I think right at the moment, there aren't any.
I believe they have 7 different types
This is more of a question that you should call the store, and ask them; since it is such a specific question.
I know they accept donations. You can call the store and ask if they will take the turtle.
I have seen them before, a Simple call to the store can tell you a more exact answer as to what Current Livestock they have... Hope this helps! :)
Yea i think so
Don't settle on price, look at health of the snake, then decide.
You can call or stop by, inventory is always changing
I love Axolotls, I want to get one so I can make it and a bearded dragon friends!
Lower temp by 5 then do a half tank clean also change any filters on the tank
All fish you are asking about come in different kinds of the species at different prices you would have to go there to pick out the ones you like
They do accept snakes and will buy them sometimes from private breeders
They run about the same as the national stores but they're better taken care of by the staff.
Yes
Yes they sell both land and water it's a matter of them being in stock.
Yes they do. Other reptiles and amphibians as well.
Yes they do. You should call as the selections change frequently. They are not a puppy mill pet store!
$35 I have 1 for sale a little bit for the same price originally bought there
Not sure. Best bet is to call them. They have several types.
Feeders are cheeper then pets. Small feeders are $4.99. Large feeders are $6.99. Pets are usually around $10.
As noted, they keep their plants indoors in tanks fully submersed, but their vendor is in Florida and some of their plants come in their emersed form.
No they dont
o
Evertime i have gone I've seen Gerbils. I don't know the price tho.
More thriving plants less light less water changes more nutrients for plants..if it's cyno 50% water changes till its gone
I think they buy some. You should call and ask. They're usually pretty quick to answer the phone and generally helpful.
