Are the plants kept indoors or outdoors ?

As noted, they keep their plants indoors in tanks fully submersed, but their vendor is in Florida and some of their plants come in their emersed form.

Plants are indoors, and very well kept. I not into live plants but they know exactly what they're doing concerning live plant. They have a beautiful set up if you go toward the back near the large Oscars.

They are indoors plants. Most are for aquariums and others for terrariums (used for frogs and hermit crabs)
