Terrible service. Asked to show me the suit that was in the window. Because she was in the mask, I didn't hear about the color of the suit, that she asked for. I asked a couple of times, because, again, she was in a mask after that she rolled her eyes and showed me a different suit. I told her that it was a different one, and she just walked away. Zara, people spend money in your store every minute, please, find and hire polite staff.

If I could give this review 0 stars I would. I come to this Zara all the time because, I live about 10 minutes away and this is the first time I’ve had a terrible encounter. I bought a shirt recently and I wanted to go exchange it for another size. I went into the fitting room and asked John if he had any available sizes. He dismissed me and told me to just go in the fitting room. I told him I had a question and he ignored me the whole time and continued to do what he was doing. I was standing there right in front of them and he didn’t even acknowledge me. Then, I asked him for his name and he just kept on ignoring me. I asked one of his coworkers for his name and she looked at me and said, “sorry we don’t give out employees names.” I then went to the front by the cashier and spoke to the manager. They have 0 customer service skills and they give attitude for no reason. This is unacceptable behavior. I will not be coming back.

I have never experienced such poor customer service and management (specifically Rudy at least that’s what the night female manager said her name was )out of any store before, after trying to return a pair shoes for my wife that were so incorrectly stitched and caused a large gash in her foot I was told by Rudy that all Zara shoes are uncomfortable and it’s normal for woman to get blisters and cause bleeding from wearing them! She gave me customer services number and said maybe they can help us but that’s just how their shoes are . There is no place for managers like this in any company, one because she trashed her own product and two because she refused to even look into a resolution just passed us along to customer service. I will be speaking with the corporate office to see if all their shoes really do cause injuries as Rudy says they do … but I’m pretty sure they don’t.
