Worst hatchet job ever , I needed a little trim in back and some off top and sides had picture of way it should look she asked stylist if she could do that and she said yes she' asked d if I wanted scissors or razor I said scissors no razor, she used razor anyway and I'm close to bald nothing like the picture at all maybe maybe cheap but I'll never go back and will wait till I can see my regular stylist

I walked in and was not greeted, at all. I waited a moment and then sat down. Never did I get a response. Another woman came in and was promptly greeted as a returning customer and a conversation ensued. After a few minutes, I left. They seemed to be short staffed but their website said #0 minutes wait. I didn't get the chance to consider a wait, as again, no response!! Very bad customer service!

So, I came in asking to just have 3-4 inches cut off the length of my hair. When the young lady asks, "To here?", she was touching my shoulder and I said yes. By the time she was finished and another lady came to help her even it out, my hair barely covers my ears!!! When I got to my car, I couldn't help but cry. Worst hair experience ever and it will be my last with this location. It will takes months to even get my hair back to where I wanted it.

I cried for 2 days after my hair cut. She cut off all my hair. I wanted 1\2 inch and she could not get layers correct and she just kept cutting. I will not return.
