Full disclosure, this was my first bad experience with Texas Roadhouse. We had a party of 12. They were able to accommodate us without issue. Unfortunately though the service was lacking. We had 2 servers and they most definitely did not communicate AT ALL. First our drinks came out completely wrong. It took forever to even order our food and then that came out completely wrong as well. I had ordered extra dressing for my salad and I didn't get it. I then asked for extra dressing and that too never came. When our entrées finally came half of them were wrong. I didn't get the mushrooms that I ordered but instead got veggies. Someone else ordered a loaded baked potato and got a dry one. They completely forgot about the burger that someone ordered. Easy fix, but very unorganized and a bit aggravating. When I bit into my steak the temperature was wrong and it was the toughest steak I have ever eaten. I sent it back and they took it off of my bill. Again easy fix, but very annoying. Then it was time for the checks. We had already told the first server how to split them. The second server came back and asked us again how to split them. The checks came and were all completely wrong. I work in the service industry and completely understand how you can get overwhelmed sometimes but this visit was just a complete train wreck. I love Texas Roadhouse but I will most likely not be back to this location. I will definitely stick to the location in West Chester where I get Excellent service and excellent food.

Great food and good services but the restaurant has an odor to it that tells me it needs a really deep cleaning. Steak was probably one of the better steaks I've had from a restaurant in some time.

The experience was amazing!! My waiter Emma was perfect!! Our food was brought out in a good amount of time and everything was fresh and hot. Not only was Emma amazing all of the waiters were very friendly and welcoming. Me and my family will definitely be back!

Smokehouse Burger was Delicious, Wedges With Cheese, bacon and Jalapeños. Totally Recommend This Place. The Manager Came and Checked on us to make Sure everything was Good. 👍🏽💯

Yes they are and I felt quite safe. The server wore a mask, all employees did. We wore masks until we got to the table and started eating. The seating is at least 6 feet apart. They have touchless menus and checkout for payment. They also have plastic extenders on the booth to keep them separate. Condiments are now served in individual packages rather than in bottles. We went on a Sunday afternoon so there were few diners but they are also limiting capacity. I have been socially distancing since April, working from home, shopping from home snd this was my second time out in a year. We had to purchase live chickens nearby and were from out of town so this was a treat for me.
I would ask management to turn it down.
Tables have plastic glass windows between each table..masks being warn...wait ing cars...6ft distancing while waiting..
The call ahead seating is nice. Sometimes you still wait a few minutes to sit but nothing like if you were to put your name in at your arrival.
Yes they do...know a veteran that is regular customer there...he also said that Great Clips gives away free haircuts
