Just ordered off uber eats. NEVER AGAIN!!!! Instant food poisoning!!! The wings were greasy, the fries were cold and there was still feathers on the chicken wings. Im 100% disgusted!! And yall better hope this baby doesn’t get sick either!!

The only Wing Stop that understands the word "extra sauce". I really appreciated the heads up on the 20 min wait noticed. Yes I can wait for you to clean the grease & then cook my food. Everything was great!

By far one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a wingstop! I attempted to call to place my order was placed on hold and no one ever picked up. So I headed to the store. I get there only to be told I have to place my order online I cannot order in the store due to them being understaffed. I attempted to get online to place my order and the online app is not working. So I tell the manager and he tells me that he cannot take my order in the store because if he does it for me he would have to do it for everyone. I told him I drove all the way from Mason if they would have answered the phone I would have known that And would not have wasted my time. I understand everyone is understaffed but that's just not good customer service. He tells me my online app is not working because it's my phone it's not their app. I leave, he comes out right after me sits in a car with his friend but they're short staffed right? That's just all around bad customer service and I will be contact in the corporate office tomorrow.
