Amazing place for ice cream and sundaes in Disney Springs! There is always a long line, buts it's well worth the wait. Make sure to try a classic hot fudge sundae!

Ice cream is delicious. Chocolate is great. Only problem that I discovered is that it's not certifed fair trade. :/ so can they say for certain that there is no child or slave labor involved on ANY farm from which they source their raw materials? Since this is my review I'll let them answer a simple "yes, we know for certain there is no slave or child labor" or "we don't know for certain" reply to this review. Lots of great stuffs on their website, but none of that cancels out unfair labor practices. 3 stars it is. Will up to five if they can verify no child or slave labor, lower to 1 star is they cannot verify or don't answer directly as that is an aftertaste I don't want. Hoping for good news. :)

No stop at disney springs is complete without visiting Ghirardelli for ice cream! I ordered a one scoop espresso chip ice cream on a chocolate dipped waffle cone with sprinkles. It was about $10. Yes it's on the pricey side but it was huge. A meal itself. My friends got the salted caramel sundae which was about $15. It was big enough for 2 people. We waited about 15 min for our ice cream to comes out. People could wait inside and outside of the shop for their ice cream. There's really not a lot of indoor seating.

The store was bright, clean and organized. You can order ice cream and other goodies from either entrance. The staff is super friendly. The chocolate shake I ordered was a-maz-ing. Highly recommend everyone stops in for a treat!

Proudly displayed, but not really a huge selection. All placed together, so they are easy to find.
There are technically two separate shops, although they're housed in the same building. One shop carries various assortments of the squares, and also offers a limited beverage menu; the other side is the ice cream parlor, which only really sells ice cream treats (cones, sundaes, floats, etc). Either way, you should be able to find what you're looking for. I hope this helps!
