Always a very relaxed vibe around Rutland. Best bathrooms are Winn-Dixie big clean accessible. Big Lots looked a little empty nothing interesting and that's unusual. I will note that we are in a trucker and shipping semi crisis this year 2022 so that's probably a lot of it. They keep the Big Lots and the bells outlet straight, neat and clean. Could use one more really interesting store in the plaza. Concerning the buffet restaurant, I have some concerns about food safety and sanitation. I had strong connections to another store in the plaza, a trusted person gave me some insider information. Things could be different now, I would look up the Heath Department's inspector records. I've seen them in action, they are very thorough.

I really like this Winn Dixie the items are well laid out. If you have an issue it's not hard to find someone to help you. My only problem is the stanky barhrooms.

Bought a new Eddie Bauer dog bed for my new puppy and new dog dishes. Customer service was great and gave me directions and showed me their selection. They even pampered my dog Jaxon with free hugs and petting.
