Purchased a 2016 Ford F-150 King Ranch recently. Ken was an awesome salesman who, even in his busiest hours, always got back to me and was truly open with the process. He even got back to me late at night after his shift to set up for the next day. They held the truck for me over a week through a small deposit while it was getting inspection and it’s sunroof fixed. Eric gave me some wiggle room in getting in my budget for the truck when talking numbers. The finance manager Joe was great to work with as well and was super friendly and didn’t press things on me, I said no he would rebuttal I’d say no again and then he’d drop it. It was truly a friendly staff, the only reason it’s not a 5 star is I tried to go through financing with them (with a 730+ credit score) and they came back trying to give me a 9% interest. I then told them to call my personal credit union and was able to cut that interest rate in half. So have your numbers in line and come pre-approved and you’ll have a great experience!

I highly recommend AutoNation Ford St. Pete! I traded in my used SUV for a newer compact car (unusual for me, but I’m working to simplify my life and reduce debt). Alexis was absolutely wonderful and worked hard to find the best car for me! She gave me plenty of options and had backups ready. She had my car shipped as quickly as possible and was patient to answer all of my questions. Joe in finance is also AMAZING and worked hard to find the best package for me.
