Made an appointment online and received a confirmation text. When I arrived, she said the system doesn’t always work and that we had no appointment. Why have an online system activated if it is not working?! Very unprofessional.

I used to love Nail me Good been coming here since 2011 when I moved to Florida. Lately customer service has been lacking. It was only me and two other customers there and they were already being serviced. I waited for 30 minutes for a pedicure while one of the lead techs sat in the back on her phone. I’m not mad about the wait. I’m upset about having to wait while it’s clearly not busy and you clearly have an available tech.

When you first walk in it smells so strongly of nail fumes that I literally could not breath for a minute. I do not frequent nail salons often but I have never smelled something like that before. I got a basic gel manicure, my first ever. The nail tech, an older woman, used a nail grinder on my cuticles to the point where one was bleeding, profusely. The polish itself is all over my skin and under my nails. The edges of my nails are sharp because the gel polish sticks out and was not filed down after... sticking out to the point where I could literally scratch something they are so sharp. A really bad first experience. My friend also got gel done at the same time, from a male worker, and hers came out amazing! Dramatic range of quality depending on the nail tech.

Nail Me Good really nailed me good! The place itself was very nice and clean! I was the only customer inside, so it was niceeee and quiet. My pedicure was lovely and so was my manicure. I was complicated with my rainbow order but it was done so well. Also, eyebrows on FLEEK!!
