Well good afternoon I finally were able to get everything accomplished in my apartment after filling out tons and tons of requests finally I got everything that I needed to be done right has been done right but I should not have to jump through hoops to get everything done the right way and at my earliest convenience I really and truly feel that Metro Place needs a major overhaul in mechanics and people that know what the hell they're doing and speak English one guy that came into my unit do not understand English and didn't understand what I was saying to him then I put in another work request for them to come and fix it and they finally fixed it including my air conditioner my refrigerator and the outlets in my kitchen when I put in a work order it should not take two and a half possibly 3 weeks to get things done you guys want us to pay our rent on time so we should be able to get stuff done in an early fashion I understand that you are short-staff and I truly understand but still needs to get things done in an orderly matter thank you

The maintenance guy who came to fix my problem was very professional and worked really fast. Thank you guys so much for the very swift and professional work 🙂.

The problem I have with Metroplace is when I request maintenance they take too long to come and fix anything like 4 or 5 months

omg!
Inspection should have happened, call a lawyer or I bet you just sucked it up because they know you're desperate to move in.
No one bedroom is here. Only 2,3,4, I believe it's like $996 now for a two bedroom. Doesn't matter the level. Just if you have pets, or rent a washer, dryer from them. Water and Cable fees are put into your rent. Spectrum is the only provider. Rent seems to be at what you provide as your income, thats why they want to see your tax returns or pay stubs. They can set the price as they seem fit, or "according" to the HUD.
You are right bro
What if my credit is not good will they take me
Its depends on your income. And HUD requirements. I knew a neighbor because of her income she paid about $2300 for a 3 bedroom, due to her income. This place is mostly for low income people or government cheese ppl!
I highly doubt they have any available but I would say they run somewhere around 950 to 1100. As far as the customer service and quality of the area, you might as well look elsewhere. The further north you go on Kirkman, the worse it gets.
I's there any apartments around 200 or so in this arr area. That goes by income
This is a public forum. You might want to go to the actual apartment complex and ask your questions about availability there.
Nice place very quiet and everybody minds there own business
Due to COVID, they limited the hours. M - Fri, (Yes) Seems they are allowing people inside with a mask to do paperwork if needed.
