Amazing dentist! Always friendly, helpful, and gentle. A visit to the dentist can sometimes be anxiety inducing, but Dr. Tindell and his amazing staff do a great job of putting you at ease. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I love this place! From the location being perfect to the atmosphere inside is very inviting and welcoming. Going to the dentist can be intimidating. However NOT HERE! The customer service is beyond amazing you become family with everyone. Their communication is off the charts and the Dentist will have you in happy tears after their work is complete. They take their time, they LISTEN to you what’s even better they genuinely care about how you feel. Never in a million years would you get this experience at other dentist. I have been to plenty and none of them come close! The cookies, coffee, tea and water are an extra A+ 😂 North Pointe Dental Associates and their staff are #1 in Florida!!!! I’m blessed to have Dr Tindell, Jimmy, Barbara, Eileen, Mykell, Theresa they are a Blessing to myself and my family.

Finding a good dental practice is almost always difficult. I was seeing a dentist at a different practice in Tampa and in the last 3 months went in for 2 exams, 1 normal cleaning, 2 sessions of deep cleaning, and another exam. I was questioning the level of care and the extent of the examination by that dentist and wanted a second opinion. Luckily after a thorough search on google I came across North Pointe Dental. North Pointe Dental got me in the office for an exam the very next day after I called and they provided a very careful and thorough dental exam, paying extra care and attention to areas that I felt had been overlooked by the other practice… sure enough 3 cavity’s were found and a few other issues that were overlooked at the other practice. I was very impressed with the level of technology this practice has available in house, as well as the level of care and communication by Dr. Lu and the rest of the staff. They communicated very well throughout the exam and explained all suggested treatment options. All things considered I would highly recommend North Pointe Dental, especially if you are currently dissatisfied with the level of care you are getting. The fresh cookies at the checkout station was a very unexpected but awesome touch too.

I've been going to this practice for years and I've always been very happy. I usually see Dr. Kanter but I've seen a few others in the practice when I've had an emergency. I love that the staff seems to enjoy working there as well. Most of all, I appreciate that they don't recommend unnecessary things to pad the bill.
