We moved here 2 years ago, and my wife and I were due for our eye exams, we tried Opti Mart,and we were very satisfied with the staff,prices, and selection. Dr Merlino is Great! Very thorough, professional, and he has a great personality. He makes you feel comfortable.

I was impressed at the speed of my appointment and happy seeing newer equipment. Also, there was quite a large variety of frames to choose from. My only complaint is that it wasn't easy to find. Google Maps sent me to the back of the building!

My wife and I both went there for a eye exam they said we should get new glasses. So we both got new glasses. They called said they are in we went to get them and I said everything is fuzzy they said just take them and try them a few days you eyes will have to adjust to the new prescription. I thought that was strange I have got NEW glasses before with NO problems so I took them after 4 days I took them back. They said they will have to send them back to fix them 1 1/2 weeks later I got the call they were back. . I went in and they were STILL fuzzy so again they said you need to try them a few days for your eyes to adjust. Had them for about 2 weeks NOTHING BETTER so I called my Insurance company they told me to take them back and they are doing a claim for not only my glasses but my wife's also so sad. I would caution anybody that goes there. And by the way we know a guy that goes to our church he is having the same issues. GOOD LUCK
