THERE IS NO EXCUSE WHATSOEVER TO REUSE TO HELP A MENTALLY AND COMPUTER CHALLENGED DISABLED INDIVIDUAL WHEN THEY WASTE THEIR GASOLINE AND TIME TO GO TO YOUR OFFICE REGARDING HELPING TO RENEW ANNUAL MEDICALLY NEEDY AND FOOD STAMP ENTITLEMENT SHAME ON YOU FOR NOT HELPING AS WE ALL KNOW IT'S YOUR JOB TO HELP AND YOU SHOULD NOT BE GETTING PAID FOR REFUSING TO HELP THOSE IN NEED AND WHEN MY FAMILY TRIED TO CONTACT YOUR OFFICE DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS NO ONE IS ANSWERING THE PHONE!!!

Called 3 times to complete interview before date due by. Never received a call back. Claudia Hopkins is case worker who never returned calls. We received notice that case was closing for not completing interview. Called customer service I was on hold for 2 hours 42 minutes before I hung up.

I like this place but I’m do not like some one that’s can’t help you that’s there just walking around do nothing and there’s job to help people to understand all the question and help the people there need your help to understand what that’s mean but she just yelled and said she can’t help. And she can’t help why there’s even paying her to walking around doing nothing I can do her job to just do nothing walking around and when I called her help again she tell me to put all check marked every first block and she not even read or make me understand what that mean and now I just don’t know what a put something wrong or I don’t know. She is the helpless I don’t know why they’re hiring her to go work there.
