Apria has supplied Equipment to me after a prolonged hospital visit. As for delivery and setup I give them 5 stars. As for Billing and Customer Service 0 Stars... Today, I called and was on hold for 30+ minutes before anyone picked up, then I was transfer to their Suspended Billing Dept. whom was going to check on the matter and put me back on hold for what he said would be 3 to 5 minutes Approx 1 minute into this hold the call was disconnected.

Horrible company. Lied said cpap was ordered and strung me out for months waiting for a cpap machine they never ordered. Don't answer phone, leave you on hold for an hour. What more can I say . BEWARE STAY AWAY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!!

I didn't have a choice with suppliers as my insurance uses Apria Healthcare. I can not believe how terrible this company is. When I started having issues with them I looked at the reviews and I was stunned. How can they stay in business? The bills they submit to my insurance don't line up cost wise with what I received and they charged my credit card that was used on a prior purchase for a replacement item that was supposed to be free. After 4 phone calls to them they said they wouldn't refund my money but would credit the amount on my next purchase. No luck trying to get a Supervisor!
